Dare I say life changer
Definitely a game changer, but I can also say quite possibly a life changer. The thongs actually got rid of my plantar fasciitis, so I thought I would give the insoles a try. Amazing arch support, which I feel lack of is the root of my hip pain and occasional knee pain. Since I have been wearing the insoles, I am more mobile, in less pain and hitting 10 thousand steps with less struggle. I feel more aligned and my balance feels better, such important aspects when you're hitting sixty. i am really impressed and will definitely be back for more of these. Next, some insoles for my work boots. Thank you!
