Great customer service
I have many pairs of Archies. Slides and flip flops, but when I recently ordered my most recent pair, I accidentally bought the wrong size. When I realized it, I had already walked outside. I immediately emailed customer service and by the next morning , they had already emailed me back and let me return them and provided a return label. Within a week, the had the new pair in the correct size
