Almost as good

I have a pair of slides that my German exchange student left behind when she lived with us nine years ago. I’ve worn them almost every day since around the house until my husband said I needed to get rid of them because they looked so worn. I was reluctant to do so because they were so comfortable. I ordered the Archie’s thinking they would be a good replacement and in reality they are.. too bad they don’t come with a 16-year-old exchange student!
